Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

No Cameras allowed in the theatre.

Theatre is a non-smoking venue.

Ticket is based upon the best seating available at the time of the purchase.

Tickets must be picked up at the box office not later than 1 hour prior to Performance.

Photo Identification and Confirmation number must be presented at time of Ticket Pick up.

Show date and Performance time are subject to change.

Currency

All ticket prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Who You Are Buying From

Ticketcounter.com acts as the agent to the show production for which you purchase tickets. When you purchase a ticket, Ticketcounter.com will handle the transaction and collect payment for the show production. After purchasing, tickets will be available to pick up from the show production box office prior to the show.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Pricing and Availability

Ticketcounter.com sells tickets on behalf of the show production, which means Ticketcounter.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold online and through Phone Centers. Ticketcounter.com does not control this inventory or its availability.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Ticketcounter.com's Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Ticketcounter.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees

Tickets purchased on Ticketcounter.com are typically subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.

Cancelled and Rescheduled Events

Refunds and Exchanges

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by show production prohibit Ticketcounter.com from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased.

You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact Ticketcounter.com to seek a refund or exchange, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled, and Ticketcounter.com may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Ticketcounter.com customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Ticketcounter.com is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Ticketcounter.com may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.

Delivery Options

show production tickets that you purchase via Ticketcounter.com will be available at the Blue man Box office. Tickets must be picked up at the show production box office no later than 1 hour prior to the performance. It is the customer's sole responsibility to pick up the tickets. BlueManTicketing.com is not responsible for tickets NOT picked up. Refunds will NOT be issued for tickets that are not picked up.

Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, then Ticketcounter.com will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other Ticketcounter.com operated system.

Limitation of Liability

Balls, pucks, and other objects may fly into the spectator area during an event. Despite spectator shielding, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after the performance. If struck, immediately ask an usher for directions to a medical station. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against bluemanticketing.com, management, facility, league, artist, participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value

Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Recording, Transmission and Exhibition

You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to Ticketcounter.com and the Event Provider(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

You Are Subject to Search

You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers.

Each customer who buys Tickets to any Performance of the Show must receive a voucher for each Ticket purchased, each of which shall include the following information:

a. "Human Nature Jukebox"

b. Broker name.

c. Current Show Date and Performance Time.

d. 9% tax (LET) and service fees included.

e. Confirmation number.

f. Cancellations allowed up to 24 hours prior to the day of the performance.

g. Ticket Price.

h. No cameras allowed in the Theatre.

V Theater (Main Showroom):Guests pick up tickets at the box office and go directly to the photo line. Once the photos are taken, the guests are sorted into GA and VIP Lines. VIP guests may choose to wait inside Showgirl Bar until show time. At 15 minutes to show time, guests are brought into the showroom and seated by the ushers.

V Theater (upstairs showroom): Guests pick up tickets at the box office. If the Veranda Bar is open, guests go upstairs and are seated from the bar. If the Veranda Bar is closed, guests go directly to the Showgirl Bar. At 15 minutes prior to show time, ushers bring guests upstairs and seat them.  Veranda bar is open based on traffic flow.  (If there are 3 shows or a busy night, etc…)

Saxe Theater: Guests pick tickets at the box office. General Admission guests will line up in the stanchions along the wall on the outside of the theater. VIP guests are invited to take their photos and have a seat in the lounge. At 15 minutes prior to show time, ushers make the announcement to seat VIP guests. After VIP guests have gone upstairs they begin bringing in the General Admission line through the photo station and up to the theater for seating.

From the casino:Find an entrance to the Miracle Mile Shops at walk to the right. The V Theater is located on the north side half way between the Strip and the parking garage. The first visible landmark is the sign for Cheeseburger or for La Salsa Cantina. Theater is located in between Cheeseburger and La Salsa Cantina across from Lombardi’s and Blondie’s. The Saxe Theater is located on the East corner near the entrance to Elara. If coming from the parking garage, the V Theater is to the right and the Saxe Theater is to the left.

From the strip North (walking):Walk south towards Paris. The entrance to Miracle Mile Shops (and Planet Hollywood) is located across from Bellagio and next to Paris.

V Theater (upstairs showroom): Guests pick up tickets at the box office. If the Veranda Bar is open, guests go upstairs and are seated from the bar. Saxe Theater: Guests pick tickets at the box office. General Admission guests will line up in the stanchions along the wall on the outside of the theater. From the strip North (walking):Walk south towards Paris. The entrance to Miracle Mile Shops (and Planet Hollywood) is located across from Bellagio and next to Paris.

From the strip South (walking):Walk North towards Bellagio. The entrance to Miracle Mile Shops (and Planet Hollywood) is located across from Bellagio and next to Paris.

From the strip North (bus):Closest bus stop northbound route on The Deuce is Planet Hollywood. Closest bus stop southbound route on The Deuce is Cosmopolitan.

From the strip South (taxi or limo):Tell the driver to drop you off at the Miracle Mile Shops entrance at Planet Hollywood. Take the escalators upstairs. V Theater will be down the hall to the right, Saxe Theater will be down the hall to the left.

 


Guest Traffic Flow

V Theater (Main Showroom):Guests pick up tickets at the box office and go directly to the photo line. Once the photos are taken, the guests are sorted into GA and VIP Lines. VIP guests may choose to wait inside Showgirl Bar until show time. At 15 minutes to show time, guests are brought into the showroom and seated by the ushers.

RESTRICTIONS: Weight Restrictions - Helicopters have a maximum weight capacity. Passengers will be weighed at time of check in. Anyone weighing 300lbs (136.36kg / 21.43 stone) or greater will be charged $200.00 for an additional comfort seat. Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft. Camera Restrictions - To ensure passenger and crew safety, the use of "Selfie Sticks" is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.


Reconfirmation Required! Please contact 702-835-8477 at least 24 hours in advance of departure to reconfirm. They are available between the hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Pacific Time) and have your reservation number available. Reservations without reconfirmation will be wait-listed.

Hotel Transfers: If your tour includes complimentary hotel shuttle service, please be at the confirmed hotel pick up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. Note: Many hotels have dedicated tour pick up locations away from the main lobby. Please confirm you are at the correct location within your hotel prior to pick up. Pick up is approximately 90 minutes prior to flight departure. Times are base on the hotel location, time of day and traffic conditions.

Missed Pick Ups: If transportation has not arrived at your hotel by the time of your scheduled pick up, please call the transportation department immediately at 702-638-3232.

Cancellation Policy: Select tours may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. All tours are flown on state of the art jet helicopters. We operate the Airbus EC-130 and Airbus A-Star. Aircraft are assigned on day of travel and cannot be guaranteed. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.
